I find myself saying “thank you” so many times during a day that I really don’t think about it that much. “Thank you” when a server brings me water; ”thank you” when someone holds a door open; “thank you“ when I check out at the grocery store, etc. But despite the frequency with which I use the words, they are always sincere. Why not be grateful for all the little things in life?
So I want YOU, our readers, to know how much I thank you for whatever role you play in making RMHC Austin the great place it is, and by association, making my role here one that I so very much enjoy. Coming to work at a place with people that I love, doing the things I enjoy most, makes me so very, very grateful.
Here’s to a beautiful Thanksgiving holiday for everyone, and wishing you safe travels if you’re spending it somewhere away from home.
